Neal Kittelson is the Certification & Training Program Manager at the Colorado Department of Agriculture's Division of Plant Industry.
Synopsis:
This session will focus on the new Technician Training/non-certified applicator requirements and will go in depth on how to navigate CDA's new Verifiable Technician Training Documentation Form. Planned rule changes as required by CDA's new Certification and Training plan with EPA will also be discussed.
